Getting help when you really, really need it in the midst of a busy and stressful week.
I went to my first ever Easter Vigil, which was such a profound encounter with the beauty of the Gospel that I’m having trouble finding words to describe it. I won’t be missing them from here on out.

DC serendipity at its finest: running into Phebe at the Metro on the way home from a Nationals game. She had a huge tray of cannolis with her and Jake was exceedingly pleased.
New backyards to look at.
Being married to a non-anxious presence in the midst of something as chaotic as starting a new job, moving, and applying for a hefty scholarship all in the same week.
Our house we’ve lived in for the first two years of married life. Old, quirky, and deeply good, now passed on to friends who will love it as much as we did.
